Eligibility Requirements

Important: Due to the sensitive nature of our data collection, all applicants must complete our intake form which includes identity verification. A government-issued photo ID is required for most programs.

Who May Apply

Adults (18+) and families experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk
Current residents of Thurston, Mason, or Lewis County (or willing to relocate)
Individuals not currently enrolled in a duplicative program

Documentation Required

Government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport, or tribal ID)
Social Security Number (for benefits eligibility screening — encrypted and protected)
Proof of income (pay stubs, award letters, or signed self-declaration)

Safe Harbor collects sensitive personal information including Social Security Numbers to verify benefits eligibility. This information is encrypted in transit and at rest, is never sold, and is shared with partner agencies only with your written consent. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
