Pacific Community Services exists to provide integrated, wraparound support to individuals and families throughout Snohomish County. We believe housing, food, employment, and health are interconnected — no one should have to navigate five different agencies to get their basic needs met.
Founded in 1993 by a merger of three neighborhood service groups, Pacific Community Services has grown from a small warming center on Broadway to a four-program agency with a $12M annual budget. We are accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) and hold contracts with Snohomish County Human Services, the Washington State Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
