One-on-one case management for single adults 18 and over.
Our Individual Support track pairs each participant with a case manager who
provides weekly appointments, benefits enrollment assistance (SNAP, Apple Health,
SSDI, ORCA LIFT), mental health referrals, and transportation vouchers. Program
duration is typically 6 to 9 months.
