18-month intensive case management toward permanent housing and stable income.
Our Long-Term Recovery track pairs households with a dedicated coach who works
with them for 18 months on housing stability, income growth, credit repair,
and family goals. Participants graduate with a permanent housing plan, at
least one household member employed at a living wage, and no active public
debts.
Program Components
Weekly 90-minute coaching sessions
Monthly financial literacy and budgeting workshops
Credit repair support and match savings (up to $2,000 matched 2:1)
Employment placement with living-wage employer partners
Rental housing search and landlord mediation
Alumni network and post-graduation quarterly check-ins for 24 months
Eligibility
Actively unhoused or precariously housed at intake
Pierce or Thurston County resident
Income at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Level at intake
Ready and able to commit to weekly meetings for 18 months
Willing to consent to sharing information with employment partners
