How It Works

Apprenticeships combine on-the-job training with related supplemental instruction (RSI) delivered at a local community or trade college. Durations range from 18 months (CNA) to 4 years (ironworking, line work). Wages rise on a fixed schedule during the apprenticeship, and journey-level graduation is nationally recognized.
