Dedicated coach, resume & interview support, and placement follow-through.
On enrollment you are matched with a job coach based on career interest and schedule availability. Coaches meet with participants weekly for 60 minutes for the first 8 weeks, then bi-weekly for as long as needed. The average engagement is 16 weeks before a first placement. Coaching continues for 90 days after placement to support the transition.
