Our MAT program pairs one of two FDA-approved medications with behavioral health services. Choose the pathway that fits your goals and health history. Both pathways begin with a same-week intake, and induction can happen the same day if clinically appropriate.
Partial agonist. Same-day induction available. Ongoing counseling required for first 90 days.
Antagonist injection. Monthly. Available for both opioid and alcohol use disorders.
Medications and clinical visits are covered by Apple Health, Medicare Part D, and most commercial insurance plans. Uninsured participants pay on our sliding scale — typically $0–$40/month for medication after manufacturer patient-assistance enrollment.
